Perhaps a string of crystal/stones/beads to hang from rear view mirror with a small tag announcing the bride and groome and their date.
We did this for one of the kids wedding. Chose the colour and they stranded them altogether so all we did was some colour ribbon and small tag to give it something to hang from.
I had these made in Utara Padma. Where red line USED to be - over the road from there. Or same side just before Ricki's Bar heading North.
