After you have proceeded through VOA and Immigration you will then need to wait for your bags as I think Wayan and several of his baggage handling mates have got tooth filing and lots of other important things to attend to so baggage is expected to be slow. Ali's wife is due about then too.
But the main thing is that you will be able to buy the real Redbull - Kratingdang (Thai for Redbull ) which will make it all worthwhile.
