My wife and I met 2 young Dutch guys on the bus from Ubud to Bedugul. We all stayed at Ashram Cottages and went out together a few times. When it was time to leave I gave them our address in West Oz and caught up with them 6 months later in Perth. Before they left to tour across to the East coast the called into my farm for a couple of nights for a few(???) beers etc and off they went. A further 6 month went by and my wife and I were sitting in a little restaurant on Green Hill corner in Kuching,Borneo. Sipping on my Tiger beer a voice comes from behind "Phil,what the f**k are you doing here????". They had ended up in Indonesian Kalimatan and had to do a quick trip to the Malaysian side of Borneo so they could extend their Indo visas.
Yep,it's a small world!!
