Email I sent to VBlue last month

As a frequent visitor to Bali I would like to point out the following in
support of a much needed cost effective service to Bali.
1. Overall tourist numbers to Bali are in excess of those experienced
pre "Bomb1". However Aussie numbers are a little low.
2. Air Paradise no longer operate.
3. Garuda have scrapped flights from Bris and Adelaide.
4. Tiger have scrapped DWN to SIN which was a budget alternate route.
5. A lot of frequent visitors are using OOL- KUL-DPS to achieve a low
cost option.
6. From all accounts (see bali travel forum)Jet* service to Bali is
crap.
Thanx for your consideration

Thank you very much for taking the time to email Virgin Blue regarding
the possibility of the introduction of flights to Bali. We very much
appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our services and the possible
expansion of them in to Bali.

At this time there are no set plans for Virgin Blue or our International
Airlines Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue to launch Bali services.
However, we are always looking at new opportunities to expand our route
network, so it is not something we would rule out in the future. Our
focus at this time is expanding our domestic network with the arrival of
our new E-Jet executive Embraer aircraft and the launch next year of our
long haul airline V Australia, offering flights to the United States of
America.

In the meantime, we will continue to do our best to provide great
service and affordable travel to our existing routes.
Kind regards,
