You can buy Bokasih from the chemist area of Carrefours, local shops, we saw a Bokasih only seller walking along Jl Sahadewa. Suzie at S & S can get it for you. Its at Bintang Supermarket, on the left hand side where the other medications are displayed.
Small is around 20,000 or less, Large is 42000 or thereabouts, and not sure of the jumbo sized bottle.
