just had vip voa confirmed for late sept we used them in june this year.
when you arrive they meet you and take your documents to be stamped and visa issue and then they escort you to baggage area,then you are escorted out through customs to meet your pickup.
i thought it was worth the extra especially if travelling with children.
cost was 40us in june but i think it has gone up to 45us that is for 2 or more people.
