Don't remember drinks being too bad - Warisan far more expensive and could only afford beer as wine way out of my budget there. But still worth going for the food and atmosphere.
Yes think Sarong was mostly Asian - we had an Indian dish & Sulawesi fish or something. Very nice. Really loved the look and feel of the place.
