I would suggest that you call qantas and clarify.
I spoke to them last week to enquire if we could pay to use the qantas lounge at perth airport, was told that we could'nt, its only for qantas club members, if we were flying business class with garuda we could also use it.
If you are a qantas club member you will be able to use it.
