if you are prepared to stay over the Sanur side there is Cheeky Monkeys that friends kids look forward to going for sessions while their mum goes shoppin'. I do not know of any around Kuta area but you may find child minding centres take in visitors.
Having done look sees at hotels in Bali for work purposes there are few with real kids clubs. A number of hotels though have family rooms where the kids can bunk down in a separate nook.
