From my experiences of travelling and I'm not even 30 yet... a bit of advice is good however when you have to run back to a computer to check information instead of just going for it ... i dunno.. maybe just try your own thing and it will lead you to some new experiences, and new information that you can share with the forum?? or even a great story like the one you have just shared.
BTW.. especially loved what you wrote about the flight... :)
