2 years since last visit-updates please

And feeling it !!! We have heard since our last visit about the following must do's
1. Bali Deli - Where is it?
2. Safari Park - Have read the pros and cons.. Definately a must do for us
3. Prices at the moment for manicure/pedicure including the flowers:-)
4. General shirts/shorts prices
5. A "red door" liqour outlet.. I seem to remember reading a while ago about a place to buy alcohol for a reasonable price.. specifically red wine if possible.
6. Current exchange rate
7. Still $25US for VOA
