I too have to agree with nes, the safari park was great. We too had our photo done with the tiger cub....presented in a lovely folder. We also got to hold a baby orangutan and had photos taken as well(with our own cameras) There is also a baby lion cub you can have a photo with.
I too suggest you go early, we happened to go on an Indonesian public holiday, so it was fairly busy. Lots of construction going on still. Will be good when it is all completed.
The safari bus ride was the best thing about the park, driving through diffrent parts of the world, seeing animals up close.
We too will be taking our kids on our next visit to Bali, well worth the $25us. Make sure you check out the souvenir shop, I bought a big standing elephant for 175,000rp and friends bought a baby orangutan for 100,000rp. The water park looks great also.
