breakfast and because I did not have the packet, I asumed it was two to take. Warning - I had quite a bit to drink the night before ( probably about 8 beers over 5 hours) so it could have been the alcohol in my system mixing with it (though that had been 7 hours prior) or the taking of "two". I took these because we were going on a boat to Phi Phi - I felt drugged by this - I couldn't walk straight and felt extremely light headed and groggy feeling. Could even speak properly - it wore off about 5 hours later. But I won't do that again.
