no, Jakarta really doesn't have any tourist spots...there is the old town of Batavia but they are letting it rot though there is a great cafe there, also national museum. Go to Jakarta alot for work and alot of time spent sitting in traffic.
Try to only transit and head for Bali or you could go via Yojakarta and have a look see at Bourabadour temples.
If you transit / not there for long in Jakarta suggest just google Sheraton Bandara website and book a room there as they provide transport and only 5 minutes down the road.
