that's what I did. I didn't propose in Bali, but we got married there.
For the proposal I wrote her a poem, took her to a great restaurant in Fremantle on Valentines Day, took her for a walk afterwards to the spot where we first met and read her my poem. The proposal was in the last line of the poem.
That did the trick!
