The "Discovery Kartika Plaza" hotel might suit. They have family suites that may be able to accommodate your needs.
Their web site advertises family suites which have a king bed in one room and twin singles in another. Might be worth contacting them to see if they may be able to put another bed in.
I think it rates between 4 and 5 star.
It is close to Waterbom park which may be handy.
