Hi,
Bubba Gump is really just an outlet from the american chain. Deep fried should be their main way of cooking...
You can obviously go to jimbaran to get some fresh fish, shellfish, lobster, shrimps, squids...
They cook them on a BBQ, coconut husks are used, with balinese spice sauce.
3 places between the airport and the intercontinental hotel.
Closer to the Airport, it is not the best place, as all taxis bring tourists there and get a reward.
Middle section is ok (I go there..) and the one furthest from the airport is the most modern.
Blue Ocean is also a good idea if you don't want to move from Jayakarta, I stay at Kumala Pantai usually so those restaurant on Blue Ocean Beach are usually a large portion of my evening meals.
