Arrived back from beautiful Bali on the 9th Aug along with our "Duty free" Arack!!! had a get together Bali remembered night last Saturday at friends house and thought we would revisit the Arack Attack's that we had enjoyed on our trip!!! big mistake! We had all over indulged the arack attacks in Bali but none or very little hang overs - not to be here in Aus... at 12.30am I was singing my head off into the empty bottle microphone whilst dancing across the dining room with my back up singers, but alas by 1am I was in the garden throwing away all the food that I had digested in the last 2 weeks! and probably some that others had digested too as I really don't remember eating those carrots??? I had very little sleep that night as it isn't easy to sleep hanging over the porcelain bus... the whole of sunday was written off as massive head ache and grumbling tummy. Yes I am now tea total.......... for a while anyway and no more Araks......ever!
