Green Garden resort and Spa give you paper undies to wear. On the 3 occasions I have been there they leave the room whilst you undress and leave you with a sarong, usually draped over the massage table and the paper undies. Depending on what you are having done you either wrap the sarong around you and sit in the chair and wait for them to return or jump up on the bed on your tummy and drape your self with the sarong.
Melasti Spa and Resort was a little different as they stayed in the room whilst you undressed but same procedure with the paper undies and the sarong, difference being they helped to drape the sarong over you once laying down.
I also have had a male masseur at the Green Garden Resort and nothing inappropriate happened.
