that they dont cancel your flight like they have done for us next week from Adelaide to Sydney. Had to book with another airline in a non special period and the flight will cost us an additional $200! I have refrained from bagging Jet* in the past for delays etc but well and truly peeved now!!!!
Never again will we be darkening their doorstep!!!!
