try this website, I had plastic surgery there last year. Excellent international hospital, extremely clean, makes our hospitals look filthy. Staff all speak english and they have a wide range of treatments available.
While we were there, my friend had her teeth whitened, excellent result and they are not pushy in trying to get you to have something done that you don't need.
