Hi there, just returned from Bali flying Garuda from Melbourne. We found the service excellent and the trip didn't take too long - plus we arrived early both times. There may be slight turbulence as with any trip but we felt very secure and enjoyed the ride. Believe it or not, the food was pretty good too. Once you arrive in beautiful Bali, you'll know the few hours travel was most worthwhile. Have a wonderful time.
