I have stayed at the AKK about 4 times, last time in Oct 07. It is a very nice hotel, staff are excellent, the breakfast is very good also, they have the best cappucinos made to order at breakfast.
The rooms towards the back facing the pool are very good, probably could do with an upgrade, but comfortable. Everything works and housekeeping are there in a flash if there is a problem.
At each visit we, & other guests have been invited to a cocktail hour with yummy eats. As this area faces the west, cocktails at sunset is very easy to take.
The villas look very nice, I have seen in one or two, some have plunge pools, If you can afford to stay there I'm sure you will enjoy your holiday.
