The 2005 bombing was on 1st October 2005.
Ramidan 2005 was Oct 5 to Nov 5. The Islamic calendar is different from the Gregorian calendar, so Ramidan dates shift by a couple of weeks every one of our years.
I clearly recall this as so many (muslim) people in my village were very distressed that these maniacs would do this, and particularly at the time when everyone is preparing themselves for the holy month.
