Luckily it was early mid morning and there was no one at the Hulu club but all the shops along side it to Jln Padma and around the corner were in a panic. Their stock was thrown to the other side of the road as they watched fire truck after fire truck trying to put it out. What was amazing was when the fire trucks were empty they would blast their horn and take off down Garlic lane at a amazing speed.
The other shops seemed to have only water and smoke damage but the following day they were packing their stock into boxes so it may be more structural.
The police were also there the following day taking photos in the Hulu club.
