Blue bird taxi can't take passenger from airport, inside. You need to walk outside the gate about 500 meters from the arrival. Kuta area will cost you about 40.000 rupiah per taxi with airport taxi. You will need two. However if you like to be in one car, you may go with transport, it only cost 50.000 rupiah around kuta.
