I really dont like scanning systems the way they are set up.
If its that easy to take -steal something its just as easy to put something in as well.
The trouble is you - the passenger - have no view of whats going on.
Furthermore if you wait until your luggage is moved through - your often seen as delaying the line and asked to move along !!
