We have used Bali Hot Deals in 2006 and in 2007 and we did not have any trouble at all. They are a very reliable company and work mainly for the tourist market from Taiwan and Japan. We booked the Sofitel Seminyak and Santika Beach hotel through them and they had excellent rates, including airport transfers. During our first stay the manager even came to visit us in the hotel as we were his first clients who made a 2-week booking!
We have always paid them by credit card and last year they offered us to use their "US-dollar" credit card processor, as this would be much cheaper for us (we're from Euroland)and they were right, we got a very good exchange rate. The only reason we do not use them this year is because they can not get any rooms for us in the Santika hotel and which we have now booked through a Dutch touroperator, but which ar emuch more expensive.
