we paid US$26 for approval letter, then waited 90 mins in HCMC airport for processing and then pay another $25USD!! Will definitely get it done in Aust for the next trip coming up!!! But then we didnt complain too much as the taxes out of Australia are over $300 which is a joke!!! We paid no departure tax out of Vietnam.
