The Deluxe rooms at the Bali Mandira have outdoor shower. I personally did not like it and would not stay in a room with one again because to keep your room cool with the air-con bathroom door had to be kept closed all the time, lots more mozzies/ants etc could get in easily and we could not leave our stuff out on the bathroom bench because when it rained it came across and wet all the bench top.
anyway thats just my opinion
