What everyone has said is pretty much on the money.
Bike hire from anywhere is 25,000 p/d
Cops will ask for 100,000 but will accept 50,000
If you do have a australian bike license just get an international license, show that to the cops and they wont ask for money you will be fine
If you dont have a bike license, you can get a Indo license for 250,000, just ask the bike hire place to take you to the cop shop and in 2 hrs you will have one, show that to the cops and no prblem away you go.
Insurance dosnt exist unless you have a international license
