On the beach before the pantai is a restaurant called 'The Wharf' its at the back of the Ramada Bintang and they have live tanks to choose from. I had a nice seafood soup here one evening.
The Paintai Restaurant as dennis as mentioned..at Tuban on the beach is another good restaurant for seafood dishes with live tanks.
I would also definately recommend the Indonational for their chilli crab specialty (although it's not at Tuban, it's at Legian). Their chilli crab meal is delicious..large crab with very mild chilli and comes with choice of salad or vegies and a serving of rice. For 70.000rupiah ! Or lobster mornay with side dishes for 180.000. rupiah.
