I would sign up before you go so that you can book the accommodation before you go and be sure of the good rates. Just one thing to look out for. When you book accommodation through the Accor website it does not include breakfast unless stated. You have to buy this separately ( although you will get the discount). However, in the top hotel, as you know breakfast can be VERY expensive, so even a two for one deal can cost a lot over three weeks. If you sign up, you get one free nights accommodation.
