Everyone has their favourite month/s of year to travel to Bali but since you are considering Oct/Nov and Jan, Feb, they are all very humid months but I think the end of Oct would be best for less rain, in saying that though you never know. Every wedding company in conjuction with the hotels etc always have a backup plan for rain.
