Having only read about potential delays on arrival the night before our flight, we contacted info@travelcobali.com with little hope of a response. We got an immediate reply and were met at the AP. We literally didn't stop walking, went past all queues straight to baggage collection where the bags from a previous flight had been removed from the carousel and stacked, so we wre ahead of one flight at least. The guy then went to get our VOAs, we paid him and he then helped us with the bags out to transport. For an additional US$15pp this was a great start to our holiday. Shame I can't say the same about the lack of efficiency at the hotel but that is another story!
