Yep, Bagus Watch is same side as Kuta Matahari (just down from the second bomb site). They have really great Brietling watches averaging around 320,000rp. upstairs they also have some bracelets, necklaces and other gifts.
With the scooters - my husband and I had our international licenses as I did not want to risk it and give a cop a reason to fine me! The others did not get theirs. We didnt need to show them at all. A few cops pulled up next to us a traffic lights so us girlies just smiled sweetly, said Hi and asked how they were. Yep traffic is hairy but once you get used to the whole "no rules" and just merge where ever you get thru fine.
