Welllll - it is the hardest taste i have ever had to describe! The shop is located at Discovery Mall on the same level as Bread Talk. It is on the left side of the shop near the escalators.
The bun itself is a combination of sweet and savoury. think slight sugary taste with melted butter through the centre. I tried to explain to our friends before we got there so they were intrigued and tried one... then two.... then three...!
