Cash is easily exchanged in Bali, but don't carry large amounts with you. Lock your cash away at the hotel. Also keep 2 x $20 bills for changing on your last day, as you may not need to change $100. Commonwealth Bank of Australia has an ATM in Sanur (next to the Arena Cafe) and in Ubud (on Jalan Raya Ubud) between Monkey Forest Road and Cafe Luna.
