Has anyone had any experience with this group? I feel like I am about to start my trip being scammed- I have been told by them my reservation was confirmed, now i called the hotel and they say they have no record of this. I was sus because they asked me to pay them cash at the airport and it is for accomodation that is a week after i arrive.
help!!! they already have my credit card details etc- i am worried i am going to get scammed.
I've been to bali twice and not had problems before, but i've never booked through a booking agent, always direct with the hotel, now i'm worried...
