I stayed in room 205. They did overbook and try to move us to another hotel but we refused, alot of other people did get moved, apparantly they double booked.
As for the road, it was finished the 2nd last day we was there. They built a brand new road, it was redone in pavers but still was covered in black sand on top, should be all cleaned up by now tho. So there was access to the hotel by car on our 2nd last day. =)
