since he was 4....he is now 26 and has been going to Bali since he could crawl. No problems whatsoever just make sure you take extra insulin because without a PBS scheme in Bali it is very expensive to buy. Example we get 25 Novo pens here in OZ for about $32. In Bali the pens are are $25 EACH. Bur never had a problem there and with modern BIMC (Bali International Medical Centre) feel very comfortable if anything were to happen.
