you need an international motorcycle licence in bali if you are caught without one not only will you be fined but most likely have to pay the police off as well.if you have an accident you will be paying for it for a very long time.the last time i was in bali which was only two months ago i was told by an head official if you have an accident just take off and dont look back because if it was not your fault it will be so i suggest be careful what you do good luck
