This is part of an e-mail I received from tegal Sari last week:
We also manage a 2 bedroom villa and each room could be sold separately and currently we have promotional rate as follow:
the room downstairs with 1 king size bed, private pool, cable TV, fridge, free wi-fi, kitchen and dining area, without rice field view with a rate of US$ 150 per night excluding breakfast. Not facing to rice field
the one upstairs with 2 single beds (without private pool, kitchen & dining area), cable TV, minibar, free wi-fi, with rice field view with a rate of US$ 100 per night excluding breakfast. Both rooms have separate entrance.
Please be advised that the villa do not cater for children under 12 years old and it is located next to Tegal Sari Accommodation.
We would like to inform as well that currently there is still another construction - but not heavy one - going on next door, we are building another villa and the entrance. However, we will ensure that there will be no noise during the stay.
