"preferred" destinations this time around, you may have noticed.
Perhaps he may have realised that a return to Australia could be a costly exercise with so many lining-up for compensation following his previous disaster. I reckon I may even contemplate returning to Oz looking for my AU$70,000 alongside people like Ian Norris (of now defunct San Michelle Travel - whose demise was largely due to "Pak Kadek")and all the Australian Agents and Wholesalers who, along with many thousands of passengers - many of whom had paid for their tickets up to 6 Months prior to the "collapse" - who were out of pocket because of what had to be mis-management of client funds which should have been retained in a Trust Account until travel was completed.
Personally I think it may be either a case of "Rose-coloured Glasses Syndrome" or perhaps "Flogging a dead horse" particularly when one looks at the management efficiencies of airlines like Air Asia and Tiger who are successfully operating large and efficient fleets of NEW aircraft, not 20+ year-old "buckets of bolts" as was the case with Air Paradise. A "three aircraft fleet" is simply NOT a competitive option in the present market-place.
