in March, April, June, July, August, September, October and November.
March will be more hot and humid compared to August. February is the last month of the rain season, but it can run into the beginning of March too...But still good weather in March. April is very hot in my opinion.
August is quite pleasant with warm balmy days (not too hot, but still gets quite hot in the midday sun), can have nice breezes in the morning and late in the afternoon.
Weather of course like anywhere can be unpredictable, and in saying this any time is a good time to go to Bali
