to be done one way or another, and no matter when they are done it will be of an inconvenience to someone regardless...as it's not just April that's busy for the Dynasty.
They have renovated other rooms so there is an alternative for those who love the Dynasty hotel...The pool view rooms are always going to be the first to book out no matter what time of the year it may be.
I guess the only other alternative if not being able to afford the renovated rooms is to book a couple of adjoining superior rooms if you must stay at the Dynasty.
Whenever renovations are occuring it's an indication of business doing well.
