A group of us went there in Dec/Jan and we all booked in advance the superior rooms - when we arrived they did not have superior rooms for all of us although confirmed well in advance(7 couples all together) only 5 of us got the superior rooms - one of which had a leaky toilet and roof so the bathroom was permanently under water (lucky it is slightly sunken)or our room would have been flooded - they promised to move the other 2 couples when a room was available but it never was so they spent 2 weeks in standard - no compensation given whilst there or on complaint when we returned. They just didnt care - sorry
