Hahaha, you have to be kidding. One thing Bali does NOT lack is nightclubs and bars.
In Kuta, just walk down JL Legian any time after about 10pm starting somewhere around the Bali Bombing memorial. You have MBargo, Skygarden, Bounty, Paddys, Minibar, Espresso, Macaroni and a few more I can't remember..
Depending on your age and what you want I am sure you will find something to suit your tastes along there.
