Your international licence needs to be motorcyle endorsed. If you've got one in your country, then it is endorsed on your international licence.

You can get your licence in Bali all the same, BUT, you are not covered by any insurance.

In some states in Australia you don't need a MC licence to ride a scooter, but in Bali it is different, you need a licence. IN Melb, if you ride 50cc and under (where you'd find one under 50cc is beyond me though) then you don't need a MC licence.

Anyway, bottom line to your q is no.
