Terrorism is all about a very few people scaring the whatsit out of a large number - out of all proportion to the damage they cause.
Your chances of being killed in a terrorist incident are less than drowning in the bath and the risks of you being killed or maimed in your car are millions of times more.
You don't worry about driving because you do it every day but there is so much more risk involved.
Don't worry - take simple precautions.
Your children are young so eat out early and return to your hotel where you will be perfectly safe.
If you need worry beads worry about the trip to the airport and the plane as both are so much more dangerous.
